Game freezing up for a few seconds random, causes huge gameplay issues

This just started. When I first installed the game for the first few days or so, this wasn't happening. Now I can't get this problem to go away. It just freezes up the exact same way every minute or ...

Are you getting an error message?

Does this happen in any game mode?

How can we find this issue ourselves?

      attaching screenshots of the issue, before it happens and during the spike itself.

      it looks like DRM related.

        happens exactly every 30 seconds.
