Game freezing up for a few seconds random, causes huge gameplay issues

This just started. When I first installed the game for the first few days or so, this wasn't happening. Now I can't get this problem to go away. It just freezes up the exact same way every minute or ...

In-game freezes are gone, but this time it gets stuck on a black screen at the end of almost every game and cannot load the new game. I constantly have to close the game and reopen it.
