Game freezing up for a few seconds random, causes huge gameplay issues

This just started. When I first installed the game for the first few days or so, this wasn't happening. Now I can't get this problem to go away. It just freezes up the exact same way every minute or so. Whole game locks up, can't move/aim at all.

Things I tried so far:

Reinstalled/the game several times and wiped all traces of BF2042
Tried 3 different GPU drivers

Typically these things would fix an issue like this, but this time it didn't.

Any ideas?

Game is working fine again for me as well.
That was really weird! glad to know at least it wasn't on my end since I just built a new gaming computer a couple months ago.

This stupit BUG start again, I Guess DICE after this time every Monday night put this Freezing bug on this servers, Last time was happend 1 week earlier same time same day, And here we are, same day same hours and same BUG again. Thx new BUG feature DICE.

I maybe have a solution!! Back in the bf4 days and even now the last week I hade the same problem! Hdmi and displayport outputs sound and game like bf4 and bf2042 don't like that!
So the solution for me on bf4 was to disable the sound output on the displayport! I have tried it on bf2042 for 10min and no freezing yet 🤞
