Game has become unplayable due to Directx12 crashes

so... I have always had the same Directx 12 error that crashes the game.. however today i can no longer play the game without crashes. I ahve had 6 crashes in about 30 minutes and have been unable to...

2 other people have this problem yet still no reply from EA. has anyone tried opening a case with EA? i cant figure it out because the information on their site is wrong. If there was any doubt EA were the worst gaming company in the industry, there isnt anymore.
