Game lost after transfer between accounts

Hello, after having my game transferred from one account to another by the EA support team, I now have no access whatsoever to the game. The Account the game should be in right now has an empty libr...

    Hey @EA_Leeuw,

    I uninstalled everything related to EA inlcuding every game on my hard drive. After reinstalling everything I could now see the missing item in my library.

        That is awesome. I checked your account real quick, the one you created these posts with, - this is not something we normally do via the forums - and can indeed confirm that BF2042 is on this account.

        May I ask what you did to make it work again?
