If that's the case the router is not separating the IP between those PCs.

To add on to @EA_Atic's post, make sure each PC has a distinct IP.
You can run ipconfig at a command prompt.

@EA_Atic @DarthFDG All 3 PC's have their own individual IP's I have always set them manually. @EA_Atic no no-one disconnects. Let's say if my son is just waiting on the Mode selection screen and I load my BF up it's fine, but if he is actually playing a in game, it just minimizes to desktop. No DC whatsoever.

Do you have any program that talk with each PC on the network by any chance?
Does tabbing back in work or is more of a crash?
