Try this (post #293)
Just download an older version of GPU Driver from manufacturer website , save it on desktop, uninstall ur actually drivers according to what I described in post 293 (link above) and install older drivers that you downloaded from the manufacturer's website & saved on desktop. Do not update drivers without a reason, because each update may cause problems with PC stability if a driver is incorrectly overwritten.
First of all, do not update drivers using the Nvidia/AMD updater. You should always download new drivers, remove the old ones using DDU and install the new ones (do a clean install of the newer version), otherwise there is a risk of BSOD or similar problems that you currently have. Also check if you have any program running in "always on top" mode - this may also cause the game to minimize itself.
Use DDU according to my instructions, otherwise you will cause more problems.

does let me get right back in the game though.
