Game only runs in fullscreen on integrated graphics

I'm having this issue on a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 if that helps at all. I recently bought the game on steam, and after launching the game, it started in windowed mode, but the settings said the game...

    @apolloegghead disableintergrated GPU by BIOS !
    Test game and update us please !

After Disabling the Dedicated GPU in the BIOS, and reinstalling the game, there is no change to the problem. I have a 3050ti as the dedicated GPU. No new solutions have arose, and all previous solutions found online are not working. I'll be refunding the game since it isn't playable.
