Game opens and closes straight away

Hello, I've got an issue where the game starts and just closes straight away. no errors or anything as soon as i press play in the EA app the game launches in small black window and then just closes ...

    @BITE_Augustas_95 I have the same problem, did you find a solution?

    When I press play on Steam, the game doesn't start and closes without opening.

      @OzelharekaTR5534 no, I tried everything at this stage. It's the game itself as every other game launches fine. Still awaiting a reply to hopefuly sort it.
