I was dealing with this for days and finally figured it out

C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\BattlefieldGameData.kin-release.Win32

Go here and delete the cache. You may need to enable viewing hidden folders and files if you haven't already.

Thanks, ive deleted the contents but completly deleted the folder now, I'll update if the issue persists during testing.
