Game randomly reset display resolution to extremely low resolution

About 1 time out of 10 when launching the game from Windows, display resolution has been reseted to super low resolution and I have to go to display and re-set the normal high resolution. I also saw this bug reported by someone else many months ago on Reddit.

  • @EA_Leeuwyou still think this is a cloud service issue? I have the same issue and don't use any cloud service

I have also deinstalled one drive.

[edit] yes i know that there are performance issues which are caused by back up the document folder but this is not resetting the config file, this is more causing lags, fps issues etc.

  • @zobizoba1 I have the same issue. Is there a resolution available for this? The resolution issue is so profound sometimes that I cannot fix it. The display settings window is sized for a large monitor, and the scroll controls are off screen. There is no way to fix the issue without rebooting or disconnecting the monitor and hoping the display settings jump to my second monitor (if attached).
  • @zobizoba1 I'm experiencing a similar issue. The game isn't saving my character costumes. I have to readjust them every time I enter the game. I encountered this issue today, it wasn't there before.

Why does every update seem to break something? Are updates not thoroughly tested before release?
