Is EA provoking Chinese players

This must be the worst company I have ever worked with! I received a permanent ban for no reason. I spent over $1000.00 on a product with additional components, and even couldn't play games. I contacted EA three times for this, and every time I talked to someone, I got the same answer. EA chatted. It seems that they are all programmed to say the same thing. It is almost impossible to establish contact with anyone there. I don't understand how they can take your money and kick you out of the game. There is no refund, no warning, and no way to truly talk to anyone to get the real answer. As long as they are willing, they will permanently ban you. For some unknown reason, they legally robbed the customers there. Since the first game was released in 2021, I have been playing this game and have been seen as deceiving them. Who spends over $1000.00 on the game and cheats?? What a joke!!

  • Hi 5654847a,

I'm very sorry, but there isn't much help we can give with bans here on the forums. Bans and suspensions are entirely controlled by EA's Terms of Service team, and as such they have final say.

Unfortunately, if they have stated that they believe the ban to have been placed correctly after multiple investigations, then the account will remain banned, I'm afraid. You can keep trying with the appeal process (here: Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions), of course, but further appeals will potentially be rejected straight away.

However, if you are unsure of the reason for the ban, you should have been provided with a general reason in the notification email, and it may also appear when viewing your ban status in the "My Ban History" section of your EA account.
