I've been in the scenario multiple times where "this game is the only thing that has the issue", when I later found out the issue wasn't the game, but something with my configuration.
In my case I can say for sure I know my fare share when it comes to computers after 20 years of working with them. My computer with any other game is able to play, record and stream at the same time. But with this game, even with everything else closed...It can't be stable enough
