game session not available

Can't join some servers in bf2042. Redacted map using breakthrough mode will not start. I keep getting the error "game session not available" I've wasted hours already talking to ea staff and they don't seem to be able to fix this problem other then telling me to reinstall the game. ( lost count how many times I've reinstalled over the past week)

Pretty much at the point, im considering to ask for a refund as the game is completely broken. I can't play breakthrough mode on any Australian server nor will any server with redacted map start.

Some help from ea would be great other then telling me to reinstall...
