Game session undavailable 11:3401j:1106i:7748441280:131076q

I don't understand there is some experiences created I'm just created that I try to to log on to to play but it's says the  game session is not available.  Is do any of you guys have the same problem...

I cannot access any games modes.

Every time when I press to search a game mode (even on portal) I am greeted with a black loading screen followed by retuning back to the main menu. 

Within portal match making, a prompt appears saying "This game session is not available. 

I have verified game integrity, re-downloaded the game and used VPN. All of which has been unsuccessful.
