Game starting like on first Start-up, resetting all settings

Summarize your bug The game sometimes starts like the very first time, including the warning, first settings like colors and some controls. Then you are forced into the Conquest intro video, just to leave that match that is launched. Once in the menu, you have to run through all your settings as they are all default again. Had this 3 times within 2 days now. And I change 60% of keybinds, all graphic settings and all other control related settings. I have to start taking screenshots of everything

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game through Steam
What happens when the bug occurs? All settings are back at default and you are forced through the whole introduction that you have seen at least 4 times already.
What should be happening instead? Game should go the menu after loading and connecting to online services
