If it is EA app then delete cache by/in EA app and reboot, then try again !

Man, great suggestion! I've tried that over a dozen times. I've tried running as admin, deleting and reinstalling, removing all games and downloads and re downloading, I've tried updating my windows. I've even tried on my old rig and the issue still persists. Please next time you try to help someone don't just assume they didn't try the most basic of resolutions 20 times already. Thanks for the try but bad form.
