Game stuck on preparing download
Game stuck on preparing when trying to download. I've tried everything, I've scoured the internet for tips and tricks to resolve the issue and nothing has works. I've had several tech support request...

How in the hell do I get actual help with this problem, I've submitted multiple tickets and never get an help.
Same here, tried the same as MrSc00ps but nothing helps. I klick on Update => update downloaded => Download and install compete, but then i cant start because next i should start the update again. Loop of death!

- @Eckensteher Did ya uninstall with REVO UNINSTALLER ?
If ya use revo uninstaller, make sure ya did check ADVANCED when ya uninstall the software !!
It will delete registry keys and left over folders.
After uninstall , reboot system and reinstall only the gameplatform ya did buy BF2042 at !!!
CheersDid not work as I am on an entirely new rig at this point and I have never installed BF2042. Still stuck on preparing.
