@coppertop217If both your Windows installation and the game are residing on your C:\ drive (and please forgive me this is going to sound like I'm being offensive but I'm not I'm just trying to sort your issue ) have you actually checked the free space on that drive ? The reason I ask is that I have my Windows installed on a smaller drive and the games etc on a larger (still SSD) drive. Windows is bloatware as I'm sure you're aware and fills up your available space with lots of stuff you'll never see or need. Error logs, BSOD records - it logs a stupid amount of data in it's default state. So first job - check that you do indeed have ample room on your drive.
Secondly - you mentioned that you did have games installed on other drives - are they also in a good state space-wise? Check that the EA app is looking in the correct place for the games. If you've installed the games elsewhere in the past and you didn't correct the EA App options entry telling it where to find your games then it may be looking in the wrong place.
Other than that I'm not sure what else it could be. The program defo thinks you're low on space by the sounds of it so I'd check again just to make sure and maybe do a disk cleanup too and get rid of all the nasty Windows detritus 🙂 It's worth doing that on a regular basis in any case.
I'm not too sure what good posting a DXDiag would do as this seems to clearly be a memory/space issue. If it's run properly in the past it's unlikely that it won't run now if you can discover where the space issue is.
It's certainly very odd - the screenshot clearly shows what you say in your post. Please check that it's looking in the correct place for the game - once you've checked that - if all is ok it might be worth trying a "repair" from the EA App. hmmmm let us know if you find out what the issue is 🙂
Cheers.
