@HeroCllass In Taskmanager you could check if there are any EAC service running, end them first
Delete EAC
Press the Windows key + 'R' and type in regedit ,press enter.
In the left-hand column of your registry editor:
Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ - And right click EasyAntiCheat folder and delete.
Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\ - And right click EasyAntiCheat folder and delete.
Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ - And right click EasyAntiCheat folder and delete.
Close Registry Editor.
Press the Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
Press Alt key, select Tools > Folder Options > View, then check Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Navigate to the following location C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\ and delete the files:
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.sys
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe
Reinstall EAC.
Press Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
(Origin) navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 2042\EasyAntiCheat
(Steam) navigate to C:\\Program Files(x86)\Steamapps\common\BF2042\EasyAntiCheat
Then right-click at EasyAntiCheat_Setup and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR , select repair.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat ,right-click at EasyAntiCheat.exe , select properties, select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR, click apply , click ok.
Press Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
(Origin) navigate to C:\\Program Files(x86)\Origin Games\BF2042
(Steam) navigate to C:\\Program Files(x86)\Steamapps\common\BF2042
Right click the BF2042_launcher.exe (<-- this is the EAC launcher), select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.
Right click the BF2042.exe (<-- this is the game launcher) , select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.
