Game wont launch

Hello My game will not launch. The game has never worked since launch I have waited for updates but it still does not work - can I please get some help? I tried contacting ea through a ticket but...

    There was an update to EA app today when I logged in

    and NOW FINALLY AFTER A YEAR - the game works!!! yay!

    I was able to log in!

    it fixed itself!

All that should be done, is the "repair" click on the game - and the game should fix it

i should have not have to do these extra steps.

it is the game that is the issue - it makes no difference if the game uses 3rd party software..

    @HeroCllass Unfortunately it is the issue, very easy to fix. I cant support ya if ya dont try this step to uninstall and reinstall EAC. I even do not know if there will be a patch that fix youre issue , i hope so for you. Im only afreaid , cause this bad softwarte installation, some how, BF2042 next patch will that not fix for you , and ya will not be able to use this game !
