My game will not launch.
The game has never worked since launch
I have waited for updates but it still does not work - can I please get some help?
I tried contacting ea through a ticket but they did not help me resolve the issue.
Any help here would be appreciated.
There was an update to EA app today when I logged in
and NOW FINALLY AFTER A YEAR - the game works!!! yay!
I was able to log in!
it fixed itself!
I checked my email
no response from that company has been received - but it is close to the weekend so i may have to wait 5 days
Battlefield it broken from release day!! If it open you have luck, you can go to play casino!! I am not working in Euros - i am working Australian dollars
I paid about 20 pounds (which was $40 dollars)
if they made some sort of effort to compensate - i wouldnt be so angry

im going to abandon this thread, the way EA has abandoned its player base.
next game for bf, im going to wait until after launch to buy it , like this one....

This it my order, for Battelshit 60E
I paid $40 Australian dollars (20 pounds approx) at a store
and when i brought it, the guy who sold it to me, told me i could not take it back for a refund if something was wrong....because it contained a code
when i contacted EA, they said that because I had not brought it directly from them, I could not get a refund
so now i am out of game as well as out of money - and im angry over it.....im angry because of not just the lack of the game, the lack of support.
I understand that a game does not launch these days without bugs - but its been months since launch and this has not been fixed..
im angry because i trusted EA again - i mean they have done this for year in and year out since BF2 - bugs and problems and its still going nearly 20 years later.
to me its no longer an accident.....but deliberate and by design
not only that who makes the game servers require 20 people to start a game on star wars FFS - what * is making these decisions? i can only be left with one conclusion, they are deliberately making these decisions to torpedo their own products
as a leader of a 22 year old gaming clan, i cannot, in any way, shape or form why the game publisher does not listen to its customers -
still has not been fixed

i have 64 cores and 512GB of ram
every other game works except this one...
