GLCKIO2.sys is a system driver file associated with the RGB Fusion software developed by Gigabyte or possibly ASUS.
Check if there's an updated version of the software available to download.
If that doesn't work then try uninstalling the software.
Make sure to reboot the computer so the driver is fully uninstalled.
