Glitch where the Full map appears without pressing M for Map.

I am experiencing an issue where the map appears while in middle of a gun fight, blocking my view. I am also experiencing lag from the time I press crouch/slide to when the action actually takes place. Bullet damage seems off as well gun hitching and unable to move it. I was experiencing these when the game first launched and when playing BETA and now somehow I am having theses the same issues again. The map issue is getting more and more frequent from last week.
