GPU Usage 100% at menu since....

Ok, so first off, I have my FPS set. It's at 144, as is my refresh mate of my monitor.
I get around 130-140 in game, on high settings, which is fine. The issue is the main menu, where something is going on, like it's trying to constantly render in 1 billion poly's at 16k. The second I join a server, gpu usage drops back down to 50-70%.
AMD's limiting doesn't do anything, as it's not even reaching these caps, it break about 65FPS at the main menu and stresses the hell out of the card.
Settings do not matter at all, low high, ultra, downscaling to 1080, nothing.
I have tried all these solution myself and to no avail, which is why I believe there is some issue between the latest update and AMD drivers, specifically for my card, as I know two people with pretty much identical rigs, and the same GPU's and this is happening.
@nziced there is indeed an issues with amd drivers , check BSOD topic.
Maybe this issue is also at youre system, but you do not get an BSOD !
I assume next update (if it is EA or ASUS) will solve some of those issues !

No, nothing wrong with my hardware. It's happening to others with similar builds. Not sure if it's an EA or AMD issue but, in all honesty, I haven't had a problem, hiccup or anything with anything else, and I usually run this as hard as I can go.
Can stress test this till the cows come home and it's fine. Only happened on the last update that EA.Dice pushed through. Main menu is bunkered. If it was my driver's it would most likely be happening during gameplay, not just at the main menu.
