I didn't realize the PC is a laptop. Here's a post to help explain how laptops usually route the discrete GPU (Nvidia) through the integrated GPU (Intel). Some laptops have a Mux Switch which allows the discrete GPU to bypass the integrated GPU.
What's the laptop's model number? I'll try looking up if it has a Mux Switch. You can also try plugging a HDMI monitor into the laptop and see if that will allow the discrete Nvidia GPU to bypass the integrated Intel GPU.
If it looks like the Nvidia GPU is being used in Windows Task Manager, then perhaps it's simply an Nvidia GPU driver crash. I'd try installing a different Nvidia GPU driver version such as an earlier driver version.
Other things can cause the GPU driver to crash, such as RAM errors in main system memory. Memory testing app such as HCI MemTest can test for memory errors.
As far as i know Intel X830 doesn't have Mux Switch.
Things we tried:
- Performed clean graphics driver installation.
- Disabled integrated graphics from BIOS.
- After restart confirmed from Device Manager and Task Manager that only one GPU is being used and that's Nvidia RTX 4060
Any other suggestions?

The mini PC appears to be manufactured by Sinbun.

I can't find the manufacturer's website to download drivers.

I know and this is super weird because many fields in msinfo32 have simply "default string" as value. Even if launched as admin they stay same.

It appears the VRAM on the Nvidia GPU is defective and causing GPU artifacting.
If it's too late to return the mini PC for a refund then underclock the GPU's VRAM frequency with MSI Afterburner in an attempt to stabilize the VRAM. You can also try adjusting the GPU core frequency and voltage.

I think I found the manufacture's website. Shenzhen Innovative Cloud Computer Co., Ltd is apparently the company who manufacturers the mini PC. Unfortunately they don't list any driver downloads on their website. It might be worth contacting them and asking if any drivers are available for X75 Intel i9 13900HK NVIDIA RTX4060 Gaming PC.

Also keep in mind it might not be a driver issue causing the GPU to hang. Unstable hardware issues can also cause the error. CPU, GPU, RAM, as well as voltage and overclocking.
Seeing how there's weird red and blue lights flashing I would try lowering the Nvidia GPU core and VRAM frequency with MSI Afterburner. The red and blue lights seem like a GPU issue to me, like it's overclocked too much or overheating. Remember to close MSI Afterburner before launching Battlefield so it doesn't trigger EA Anticheat.

Yeah those lights look actually cool but can't play like that.. GPU is not overclocked or underclocked.. Everything is default with fresh driver.
Now crashing in Call of Duty as well with also DirextX related crash.. I start to think it is DirectX related- OskooI_0072 days agoSeasoned Ace
I'd return the X830 mini PC for a refund if possible. I have a feeling it has hardware stability issues.
