full

When I open the game it doesn't give me an option to put it on full screen it doesn't give me an option to apply either, i tried everything, checked if my drivers are up-to-date, disabled full screen...

I found an EA forum post by a member experiencing the same issue as you with a Lenovo laptop. Apparently 2042 is selecting the AMD integrated GPU instead of the Nvidia discrete GPU. You can verify this by opening Windows Task Manager (alt + ctrl + del) and seeing which GPU is being used more.
So far I haven't found a fix to get 2042 to select the Nvidia GPU. It appears there might not be a way to disable the AMD GPU in bios for the IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6.
I also learned some laptops allow the discrete GPU to bypass the integrated GPU, and some laptops do not. Sometimes plugging a monitor into the HDMI port allows the discrete GPU to bypass the integrated GPU. It appears this might not be possible on the IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6.
Laptops that can bypass the integrated GPU have a piece of hardware inside them called a Mux Switch. There's an option called Hybrid Mode in the Lenovo Vantage software that turns this hardware switch on and off if it's supposed by the hardware.

Do you have a monitor plugged into the laptop's HDMI port or are you only using the laptop screen?

Pressing Fn + F7 lets you switch between monitors.

A reddit post on how to enable the Nvidia GPU for games.

"If you want to use your nvidia gpu, go to windows settings and search for graphics settings. Then you can click browse and then find your game's exe. Then you can set windows to use the nvidia gpu."

Maybe try starting the game then click on the window it ones then press ALT + ENTER it should switch to full screen.

Thanks i'll check if connecting a monitor fixes the issue, even tho I can play in my laptop I'm building a pc, i'll give a try then

A couple of forum members said this worked for them.
"In the bios I choosen to set the UMA buffer from 4G to 1G. The game will interpret that the integrated GPU can´t handle the game and will chose the next best thing in your rig. In my case thas the GTX 1650 dedicated GPU.
When i fired up the game, it lauched as it should."

i'll try it but i have a question if i change that do you think it will impact the way other games run, lest say that before doing the process in cs i was having 200 fps, after i select that option my fps will drop or stay the same?

I haven't tried it so I don't know for sure. I imagine the FPS in Counter-Strike will stay the same because games use the Nvidia GPU, not the AMD GPU.
The bios setting is reducing how much DDR4 RAM the AMD GPU uses from 4GB to 1GB. It shouldn't affect the Nvidia GPU.
