graphics setting resetting every game
game constantly is playing the intro/conquest tutorial every time 2042 is booted up and every match my graphic settings and FOV are being reset

In a lot of cases this can mean that something is blocking the game from writing to the files it uses to save your in-game settings. Have you checked to make sure there's an exception for BF2042 in your security software?
