Gun and C5 not working correctly? - Input lag possible?

Summarize your bug Input Lag? Gun either doesn't fire, or stops firing even when the ammo is full. Swapping to secondary, and same issue. Throwing a C5, pressing the detonate and nothing happens.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Going to shoot at an enemy and that gun doesn't fire, swapping over to secondary when this happens and that doesn't fire either. I've also had the gun stop firing mid action. At all times I've had plenty of ammo. Either a vehicle, or a person the other side of a wall for example. Throw a C5 and 4 times out of 10, pressing detonate and nothing happens.
What should be happening instead? C5 should detonate, and the gun should keep firing when there is enough ammo!
This is happening on two different PC's and two different internet's ( Visiting family etc )
Firstly C5's, there has been countless times now where I've thrown a C5, pressed the Detonate button and nothing has happened. To the point I've either died because it didn't blow up, or I've had to spam smash the mouse button for the thing to finally blow up!
Another very annoying bug which has got me killed countless times, is when I'm shooting at someone the gun just stops firing even with full ammo! Here's an example, I jumped down behind someone pressed the fire button and the gun refuses to fire with a full ammo clip! Changed over to my shotgun secondary and again NOTHING HAPPENS! ( This is very sporadic ) both times full of ammo. It's even stopped firing half way (although it tends just not fire at all )
