Been over a month now and still no fix for this. Still happening to me as well.

    This started happening to me today as well, this should be marked as a CRITICAL bug fix Dice. 

    I've seen other players complaining about it, but today its happened to me on 3 Breakthrough matches. On Breakaway, Hourglass and Manifest.
