Half of Russian voiceover in Battlefield 2042 doesn't work

I encountered this problem, when I bought this game(1 month ago). Steam says this game fully supports Russian language. Firstly, I thought it is because of new updates and events, but now only the character I play as speaks Russian. I hope it's not a political reason, AND btw, Russian language is spoken in other countries like Kazakhstan.
