Summarize your bug Every other server I join, I will be stuck at the map with a looping sound and no option to start. No icons will be present on map at the time. Also game frequently rubberbands out of nowhere.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the loading loop on server start
What happens when the bug occurs? Game will loop sound and won't allow match start
What should be happening instead? Game should load normally and match start
I'm constantly getting out on a server that fails to load properly at match. There is no way to spawn and the music loops when this happens. The rubberbanding is also very frustrating. I don't know how many times I think I have an enemy sighted only for them to run up and stab me. I've also just run into a bug where I can't aim up or down while on foot after parachuting. Fix this please!!!!
