Hazard zone mission failed after extraction

Trying hard to get my 10-streak, fighting the other players isn't as hard as fighting the game bugs.

Hazard zone is a great fun mode but unless you fix this I cannot recommend this game.

Last night was up at 4 streak going on 5, our team gets extracted at E2, shows mission failed and streak resets to zero.

Happened to us a few weeks ago as well ,losing a 6-streak.

This is unplayable. Please re-instate my streak and fix this bug.
