HDR IS STUCK ON AUTO

The HDR is stuck on auto and it is greyed out and I am unable to set on off. Can someone please let me know how to to turn it off! Looks like garbage with the HDR stuck on auto. My monitor is not HDR...

Check your Windows and GPU control panel settings, there may be something HDR related that is forcing this option to ON in-game.
