HDR peak brightness calibration PS5 help

So this might be a weird question but I've been messing around with the HDR calibration in the game options  (it was recently added in an update) and I figured it would have a 'restore to default' option like pretty much everything else in the options. Turns out it doesn't and now my game controls and visuals feel a little off to me. Could someone on PS5 be kind enough to check the default state? You'd have to be sure you haven't touched this yet. It's in options>display>HDR calibration. Just count down how much clicks it takes to get to the left (black rectangle). I'm guessing around 40, 50, or 60 as I remember the bar being around that size... Be aware that it takes effect as soon as you enter the HDR peak brightness menu (even if your cursor is on "continue", this is how I ended up messing with it without counting its default position). Thanks in advance.

DICE, please, add an option to restore HDR calibration to default.

  • Ok I figured it out by uploading my savedata to the cloud, deleting it, and starting the game fresh. It's 39 clicks from the left in case anyone else is OCD enough to care 😛 I could immediately see the difference, I guess I'm used to the visuals after playing on default HDR calibration for so long. DICE should still implement an option to restore to default (it almost feels like they forgot about it because you can usually reset the whole page but this one section isn't affected).

  • Can anyone who still has the HDR calibration on default check the value on PS5? I messed around without checking the default position and can't restore to default (resetting the entire video section doesn't affect the HDR calibration) and now my visuals and even controls feel off... It's been driving me crazy, asked around in game chat but nobody answers.

There's no numbers or anything, so you have to count how many clicks to get from default to the left (darker rectangle). I figure around 40... I would really appreciate it as I have no idea how to restore to default without the option in-game (can't delete option settings from PS5 saves, only the entire game save data..). DICE should add the option to restore to default.
