HDR is fully working on my PC (and I have a HDR1000 monitor so its very noticeable), but I used this guide to use Origin instead of the EA App as soon as the EA App was forced to be installed.
So if its being caused by the EA App this might fix it.

Can anybody confirm if the Season 5 update fixed the HDR issue?

- @lex_lutha111384 The Season 5 update; did not fix the issue. It is still broken.
@NikkMann149 My monitor is the the Alienware AW3423DWF with the brand new firmware 1.04 that became available yesterday which fixed the HDR1000.
However, BF2042 HDR is still broken.
