I've also have huge TN spikes which causes freezes. It began after latest update. Created separate thread (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Freezes-after-latest-update-Completely-unplaybale-TN-spikes-on-a/m-p/12512047) but it seems, no one looked into it. But i've seen similar issues in this thread. No idea what causes it and how to fix.
