Heavy performance and network issues

@Rokebo73 At first I couldn't play the game at all, so I thought it was my network problem, so I Use a VPN and Change DNS Server, but it didn't work, then I noticed that some people had 100% cpu problem, so I I set the priority, lowered graphic settings, used user.cfg and deleted the cache. What is surprising is that I can play some modes with a small number of people at first, but there will still be a little bit of unavoidable lag. The mode with a big number people still can't play because of high tn, so I found here, and tried clean boot, check nvidia panel and firewall, update graphic driver and disable Accelerated GPU Scheduling, but it didn't work, the funny thing is, I 'm in I bought this game on December 23, 2022. I haven't played a normal game until today,And it is constantly repairing him.

about in the same boat as you. ITs to much of a hassle to make this game playable. Its a freaking joke how bad DICE servers are.

You should never have to make so many sacrifices for a game to play some what better. ITs the DEV problem for making a piece of MONEY GRABBING GARBAGE..That BF2042...

ok. this happens now too when im attempting to join bot matches. guess i have to buy a new pc, router and house with glassfiber connection now

Some systems got performance issues by hardware thats installed / connected !
Sometimes a system is somekind of a low end , and could need a CFG that improves performance !
Check this website , follow instructions (check the instructions movie),.
If ya still got issues after AtlasOs install, then itcould be an hardware issue, to low memory ammount / Mhz! <-- no dual channel ?
Slow drives. Incompatibyl cpu / memory. Old bios version. Wrong bios Settings. ect ect ect

Make sure bios is update , and did a bios reset (cmos reset <-- check manual)

Install https://atlasos.net/  <-- less services and programs in the background , no bloatware installed and running ect ect ect

I got the very same problem. It's making me insane.
Most of the time the game runs fine but frequently I notice a lag which makes the mouse input respond slower, it's hard to aim like this...

I've not checked my CPU usage but it could be the 100% CPU usage issue so many people have gotten after the latest patch. So I'll look that up the next time I play.

Running AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU with RTX 3080 on nvme2.

And can people stop coming up with potential "problems"? It's not a problem with their setup. It's the damn game update.
Sure, you can fix it "somewhat" with disabling services or whatever but it doesn't actually fix the issue or the fact it's actually the game update that is the problem!!!

indeed, how can such trash game be even allowed to be purchaseable. imagine playing for car then driving and turns out it cant drive faster than 20mph 

got this issue and my pc is classed high end just like everyone elses and this is just ONE game that has all these issues. I'm worried how even someone call this company a competition to ACTIVISION, they to my memory never had issues with games that were over over 2 years LOL and this has been absolute dog * since day 1

Pretty sure is the game issue and not "Your gpu or cpu or overclock issue".

Tested removing all OC and still have this issue VS other games no issue.

Previous update did not encounter such an issue.

So the new patch makes my PC auto restart mid game in bf2042.

Seems like a Heavy CPU usage to me.

Please also take note ONLY bf2042 gives me this issue other games like warzone or apex or even Diablo 4.

i have 0 issues with the game.

if u guys generally want to help please find the root of the cause and stop asking us to troubleshoot over and over again which is not OUR end that is the issue.

@Rokebo73 I reinstalled the game and gaming platform as you said, and also AtlasOs, I'm not sure if AtlasOs will help, because I installed the version of windows 10, and the version of windows 11 said it was coming, then reset the bios , and the result is that the 128-player mode has not changed at all, and there will be high tn in high-action areas, and the 64-player mode will be better, but it is still unplayable, and the 32-player deathmatch is now available It works perfectly, without the slight lag before, but also encountered the problem of frame drop that was not there before, of course it may be my own problem 😉

On a 128 player map I have constantly 100% cpu usage.
