@OptimusOverlordHeya,
I found a LAN adaptor error and your Nvidia control panel seems to be crashing.
Follow my guide here to update your motherboard drivers: https://tiberiusmoon.github.io/Tibs-Guide-to-Windows-10/
You can use this moment to update all your motherboard drivers, but specifically you want to update your LAN driver. (you dont need any software that maybe in the list, just the drivers)
Follow this guide to reinstall your GPU driver properly with safemode and turn off networking: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/ddu-guide-tutorial
Check for Win updates and then try the game.
If you still have issues it maybe a glitchy OS from windows update trying to update with a network/LAN device that needs driver updates.

thank you!! I will try and circle back.

unfortunately, I didn't have sucess on first attempt. However i was successful in getting drivers updated. Thank you for that.
I've attached an updated DxDiag if that helps.
Curious as to your thoughts? It appears to be behaving the same way as before. It just doesn't launch the game, it never makes it past the EAC logo

Hmm have you check your fire wall and any third party antivirus if they are blocking EAC or BF?
OS file check + repair:
Open command prompt (admin) and type this in:
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Hit enter and do the same for:
sfc /scannow
Then tell me the results of the scans.

Will do. I'll be able to run this later this evening. I do remember running these scans previously with pretty much uneventful results but i will forward along for sure.
Also in terms of AV or Firewall, I don't use any 3rd part AV or Firewall software. Just windows stuff.
In terms of allowing apps through the firewall, i assume i would need to allow the BF Launcher and EAC?
Thanks again for thelp... I will circle back with results of test and screenshots of AV / Firewall allowances
