in CMD window; netstat -o -n
Gives you active connections and process ID
To get process ID of 2042, start game and in task manager "Details" tab, find BF2042.exe and see the column called PID.
Start a MP game, alt-tab to windows and open CMD, type: netstat -o -n
Find PID associated with BF2042.exe and see IP addresses. One of those would be the server you connect to, but I guess there will be several connections for BF2042.exe
HTH.
- 4 years ago@ThatRedDot Thank you for the info. I am playing BF2042 on PS5.
In this command, I think I can only see my computer's connections right?- 4 years ago
This will only work on PC. No idea on PS5/Xbox connections, sorry. Would require DICE/EA to answer.
