Hind repair unlock - still stuck not unlocking after months

Hi!

I've seen others mention this elsewhere but I am still completely unable to use the repair unlock for the hind as it simply will not unlock - there's clearly some issue where it will not re-check the condition and trigger. I've unlocked multiple levels of badge with this vehicle and it has still not given it me.

It says you need 75 kills, assists, team-mates spawned and I'm at some 900 despite really not wanting to use the hind without the unlock available as it generally sucks trying to keep it alive.

I'm starting to feel like I need some manual intervention - someone to either run a backfill job to check and apply the correct unlocks or use whatever tools you have available to intervene.

I can't believe this is still a thing after so long!
