Hit Indicator Opacity, can't change the settings!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess try changing the Opacity. 🙂
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, the cursor just skips to the next option in the menu.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to select the opacity!
For some reason, the option to change the Hit Indicator opacity gets skipped over when scrolling in the menu.
So I can't actually select the option to change it. It's there of course. But it acts like it's not there at all. Weird.
