Hit reg issues, TTK vs TTD inconsistency post 3.1 update

Is it just me or have these issues gotten exponentially worse since the 3.1 patch? One round I can go 34-6 and the next round can't hit the broad side of a barn, I'm shot around corners, behind cove...

@Ironhead841 Did you check your ping? With matchmaking it can vary widely from round to round.

    Yes, it's usually in the high 20's to low 30's pretty consistently the TN (Time Nudge) however can vary widely though, when the TN is low, I seem to do ok but once it hits double digits I'm screwed.
