Hit reg issues, TTK vs TTD inconsistency post 3.1 update

Is it just me or have these issues gotten exponentially worse since the 3.1 patch? One round I can go 34-6 and the next round can't hit the broad side of a barn, I'm shot around corners, behind cove...

  • What is the platform you are playing on?
    • If it is a console, which console version & which game version?
  • Could you please try to record some gameplay when you experience this issue, with the in-game Network Graph enabled?
    • You can share it either via YouTube or Streamable for example.
