Hit reg issues, TTK vs TTD inconsistency post 3.1 update

Is it just me or have these issues gotten exponentially worse since the 3.1 patch? One round I can go 34-6 and the next round can't hit the broad side of a barn, I'm shot around corners, behind cove...

Mode/Map : Exodus 64/ Spearhead
Gameplay : Broken as usual. Get shot while i was way behind cover...shooting toe nails...opened voodoo box and left.

Just so you know; the issue has been passed on to the teams for investigation.

However, we could support the team with their investigations by providing them with some gameplay, with the in-game network graph enabled.

    Windows 10 Pro Edition
    Motherboard ASUS ROG Strix Z590-I Gaming
    Intel Core i9-10900k 10-Core 3.7GHz
    NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX™ 3090
    G.SKILL Trident Z Royal RGB DDR4 3600MHz - 16 GB x 2
    Seagate FireCuda 520 2TB

    My average ping in game is usually at 37ms

      Really don't want to install Gforce experience is there something else less obtrusive I can use to record videos?

        Along those same lines is there a way to make the videos smaller?

        It's like 3 hours to upload one rounds worth of game play to YouTube.
