The same happened to me today. I've shot at least a half of the mag to the player just 1 meter in front of me, I even seen the visual hit registration (blood), but I made not a single scratch to him and I was killed by him immediately after (and the kill card confirmed he still had 100% of health).
If it will somewhat help with the replication of the problem - I was shooting right after the tactical sprint with Falck/PBX-45, he was Sundance (his previous actions unknown, possibly also after glider or after/in sprint, given the situation).
there are a lot videos that can proof - turn on those random weapon bloom . It can’t be play normally . It’s broken .
Dice , EA , gunplay is awful , do something with this
