Summarize your bug Unable for hits to register on other players/AI. Happens all the time. Seems to be more frequent the more players are in the same area or dependet on the range of the engagment. ALOT more frequent when in a tank/LAV etc... Explosive damage ALWAYS work.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly, join any multiplayer match, or re-create it in singleplayer/co-op and try see that no hits register if you try to shoot someone further than 100m away with any weapon that does not do explosive damage. Use a tank and try to shoot someone, bullets just go straight trough them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bullets just go straight trough enemies.
What should be happening instead? Hits should be registerd
