How am I being stuck in same lobbies with repeated Cheaters>?

Same person for over 3 days playing from the Stat Tracker 6 hours a day. Nothing but headshots. Yet i get in there lobbies all the time???????

Moreover, since there is nobody on the forums who can act on a cheating report, all you can do is to report this player to EA directly:
