How to fix slow motion bug ? ( I try everything)

My laptop system is 

Gtx1650 

8gb ram 

Intel core i7 

 In other games I don't have any problem . I just give time maybe they fix this bug but not I thought 

How can I fix this problem pls if I can't find solution I'll refund game
