What should be happening instead? Items should be unlocked and available. I'm having the same issues. Countermeasures is 240 of 240 and wire guided is 180 of 180 yet they are not unlocked. Platform is ps5 but they are also locked when I load the ps4 version. How do I reach out to the official EA support to get this resolved?

Update:
Not sure if anything was addressed by tech support but I went back in and played some coop matches and these are both now unlocked.

It's not only for that i managed to get 80 Shield kills with Dozer but i don't have his Masteryrank 4 skin unlocked even after 5 more matches.

Tried to unlock it by jumping into a couple of horrendous PvP Matches but sadly still didn't unlocked it.

I had this issue as well for trying to unlock attachment for my Huron i am not sure if its because i played vs AI but it if you know how to resolve this issue please let me know

@everyone Not a bug. When you check the details it's supposed to be unlocked after mastery 3. There's two requirements, kills + mastery levels.

So my pkp is mastery 12, I needed 300 kills and mastery 8 for a new ammo belt, after over 1000 kills, 10 games and 4 mastery levels I still am unable to use it, next tip please and thank you

@EA_Atic I know i'm already in contact with them but in the end it just goes to that: "we know about this issue" and "This is something quite weird, please do not worry I've reported this to our team also I would request you to please report bug on our forums so that if anyone else would be facing same issue then it can be highlighted. / Meanwhile, you may also post your concern on our community forum."

So it just becomes a Waiting game.

@EA_Atic i got contacted by many people since i can only reply via E-mail and it appearently created many cases...

All those numbers are belong to the same Case but since one cannot talk with the Support directly with the help.ea.com and only with E-mail it created all those Duplicates.
